A Passionate Helping Hand LLC Adult Family Care Program is dedicated to providing safe, caring homes for adults of all ages who want to stay as independent as possible in a community setting.

The Adult Family Care Home is a residential home designed to provide personal care services to individuals requiring assistance. The provider must live in the home and offers personal services for up to 5 residents.

How Adult Family Care works

You can receive personal care from a caregiving family, rather than a nursing home or institution.
You will be provided with a private room, meals, and assistance with dressing, bathing, medication management, and transportation to medical appointments, depending on your particular needs.
Caregivers are paid a tax-free stipend for their work and receive regular support from a professional nurse, care manager, and community health worker.
